- Silverton - equally as defensive as she is offensive, highest accuracy with close-range, lowest accuracy with long-range, prefers her weapon to take the form of wide jagged blades on the forearms
- Drek - Almost entirely offensive, kicks her boots for close-range combat, uses the gauntlet like a crutch when in a pinch, highly mobile on the battlefield both horizontally and vertically
- Riche - mid-range to long-range defensive support, prefers to aid others and strengthen their attacks rather than attack alone, throws weapon like a spear for far-range attacks, holds weapon like a dagger for close-range attacks

19. Interesting, interesting, what about some history? Did your exorcists gain their Innocence fragments by finding them, being born with them or by a General walking by?
- Silverton - She wasn't born with it, oddly enough. Her sister Nova was born with the innocence within her body and worked as sort of a parasitic beast that hadn't been properly synchronized. When Nova was killed, the innocence took shelter within it's proper accommodator, Lys Silverton.
- Drek - Her innocence was a parting gift from her older brother. He knew she was going to run away when their parents arranged for her to get married to a nobleman, so he bought her a pair of sturdy shoes with hopes that they would assist her on her travels.
- Riche - As far as she knows, she was born with it. For a while, she even thought she was a witch of sorts.
I'd tell the whole story, but it's impossible to do without spoiling the future of my entire fanfiction lol

20. Ohhh, I see! How about family history? Did your exorcists have a family before joining the Order? Do they still have a family out there?
- Silverton - She had a mother, father, older sister, and younger brother. Her father was her role model and her mother was less than friendly to her. When her mother died, her father turned her into an akuma. That akuma is the one who killed her siblings and properly awoke her innocence.
could this be more cliche OTLShe still has her cousins and Aunt and Uncle, but they don't know if she's even alive. Silverton also considers her Master (the Life Sage, a concept in my fanfiction only), Tsamo Esagel, to be a father figure.
- Drek - Born into nobility, her family consisted of a strict father, a mother, an older brother, an older sister, and a younger sister. They're all still alive, and her older brother is currently searching for her whereabouts. She doesn't have a positive relationship with her family aside from her brother, who is the one who bought her a guitar for the first time. Drek likes to pretend the rest of them don't exist and she acts like she wouldn't care if they were dead, but even she knows deep down that that's not true.
- Riche - She grew up on a farm with her adoptive parents; an elderly couple whom she refers to as Nana and Papa (people tend to confuse them as her grandparents). The last Riche saw them, her Papa had fallen ill and likely wouldn't make it. The farm lost revenue since he wasn't able to maintain it properly, so Riche raised extra money by working as a circus performer to pay for his medicine. She stumbled across Drek on her way home from a performance, and Drek agreed to tend to the farm. When the two of them left, Riche's Nana promised her they'd be alright without her. She was lying.
- Jethese - An only child, his family raised him to be a scholar. They stepped on his passion for music and dance, trying to keep him focused on his education at all times. They'd hoped he could one day be a successful doctor, but when Jethese expressed that this wasn't his wish, they scoffed at him and insisted he didn't know what he wanted because he was only a child. He refused to let their dreams ruin his, so he left home in search of a path of his own. Currently his mother is deceased and his father is alive, but Jethese doesn't know that.
21. Oops, that might've been depressing. But have another one: what's the most traumatizing event your OCs have experienced?
- Silverton - When her father resurrected her mother as an akuma, it laid waste to her brother and sister. The amount of blood spattered on the walls and on her clothing is the reason why she now has hemophobia.

- Drek - She suffered emotional trauma when Silverton ran off without telling her where she went. Drek pretends she's just extremely vengeful towards her, but in reality, she feels incredibly hurt and betrayed. She was also horrified when she briefly battled Tyki Mikk in a forest and he nearly destroyed her innocence.
- Riche - She hasn't really faced much trauma, but she knows the feeling of financial debt and has seen the horrors of war
there's more to that "war" thing than you'd expect from a DGM OC, btw. Such spoiler..
- Jethese - He was mugged by three thugs when he was living as a vagabond. He managed to escape from them, but he lost what few belongings he still had. This, however, taught him how to be more resourceful on the streets and he started using his musical talents to his advantage.
22. Moving on! Did your OCs get recruited willingly, or against their will? What age were they when they did?
- Silverton - She was always aware that one day she'd have to leave her Master, but she never really wanted to. She had time to adjust to the idea a few years before she was actually taken away.
- Drek - She didn't know what she was getting into when she joined the Order. The exorcists told her she didn't have a choice, but she glossed over that and went willingly when she knew that's where Silverton was going (she wanted to kick her ass)
- Riche - She was nervous to join, and only did because that's where Drek was going. She tried to get Drek to think about it more, but Drek's one-track mind overpowered Riche's pleading.
- Jethese - He was actually eager to join the Order so he could keep tabs on Silverton and make sure she was safe. He hated staying behind at the Sage's residence when Silverton was recruited.
23. How about at what time in the D.Gray-Man canon plotline did your OCs get recruited to the Black Order? (For instance, around what Arc, or before Allen joined, or after a certain event). (If they're in an AU plotline, just say so).
- Aahhhh none of my OCs fit into canon, the fanfiction is completely AU *throws canon out the window*

- Silverton - General Froi Tiedoll
- Drek - General Winters Sokalo
- Riche - General Klaud Nyne
- Jethese - Closest thing to a General for him would be Reever Wenham
25. Opinions time! What do your OCs think about the Black Order? Like, do they see it as a "home" like some of the canon exorcists do, or a cage?
- Silverton - She probably views it more like a cage than a home. The place she considers home is with her Master, and as far as she knows, the Order is like a vacation home. She hasn't yet grasped the concept that she's sort of trapped there by her responsibilities as an exorcist.
- Drek - In her eyes, she's fine with living anywhere that provides food and shelter. She has trouble finding a true home anywhere, just places to live. She doesn't like that wearing the Rose Cross gives her special privileges, however. She'd rather get by without having a high status.
- Riche - For someone who was skeptical of the Order's intentions at first, she was quickly able to consider it her home due to the people she met while living and working there.
- Jethese - He views it as a home to some extent, but more like he's living in his office all the time. Not too shocking for the Scientists of the Black Order to feel like they're living at work and bring a pillow to their desk

26. Here's a somber one: what do your OCs think about the Akuma? Do they view them as only monsters to kill, or more?
- Silverton - In a way, she pities them. Not in the way that Allen Walker does, though. She doesn't want to 'save' them, because she views them as being beyond saving. It's too late for them, and she just want to wipe them off the face of the planet.
- Drek - Sees them as monsters purely meant to be destroyed, and in some cases, a training exercise. She doesn't fully understand the limit to how deadly and destructive they really are.
- Riche -
Ahhhhh there would be some spoilers here if I explained how she felt about them. Dis hoe knows some shit
- Jethese - He's horrified by the akuma and has a hard time imagining there being some kind of trapped soul inside them. Even after talking with Allen about them, he's too blinded by his fear to change his opinion.
- Silverton - Sees the human side of the Noah more than anything. Having been friends with Tyki's human form in the past (before either of them knew about the other's associations with the Noah or Innocence), she finds herself trusting them rather than hating them. A bit too trusting, perhaps.
- Drek - Having encountered them and fought Tyki once before, Drek developed a strong fear for the Noah and their powers. She sometimes has nightmares about her fight with Tyki. She views being nearly murdered by another human being as much scarier than being attacked by an akuma.
- Riche -
HNNN this is more spoilery shitttt god damn it Riche, stop being so crucial to the plot
- Jethese - Doesn't trust them at all. He sees them as a threat to his friends' safety and hopes they can stay as far away from them as possible. It's easier to calculate the moves of an akuma, and the Noah are much more clever and unpredictable.
28. Do your OCs have any opinions on or follow any religion or faiths? (An "IDK" is a perfectly reasonable answer too).
- Silverton - Thinks the whole concept of Gods is silly, especially after meeting and learning about the Sages. The concept of a single creator controlling everything is laughable to her, and she prefers to study the science behind the Sages rather than worship anything that can't be explained.
- Drek - Believed in a god growing up, since that's what her family taught her. However, she soon started loathing this god for putting her into a shitty situation. When she met Riche, she was encouraged to think more about her beliefs. Now Drek doesn't believe in any sort of god, because if one did exist, they wouldn't have caused her so much pain. A godless world is more comforting to her.
- Riche - Believes in some form of reincarnation. Deities aren't so important in her mind, but she believes everything and everyone has a soul that travels to a new living thing after death. She believes friendships can last more than one lifetime.
- Jethese - He'd rather look at things from a scientific perspective. If things can't be proven, there's no need to believe in it. He prefers facts over potential fiction.

- Silverton - Miranda, Lavi, Kanda (though he finds her annoying), Reever
- Drek - Reever (reminds her of her brother), Daisya, Allen (sort of)
- Riche - Allen, Lenalee, Miranda, Lavi, Maurie
- Jethese - Allen, Reever, Johnny, Maurie
30. On the flip side, who do your OCs NOT get along with at the Black Order?
- Silverton - Lenalee, Komui, Daisya
- Drek - Lavi, Lenalee, Miranda, Sokalo, Maurie (he kicks her ass every time they spar)
- Riche - Kanda
- Jethese - Kanda, many other Scientists (they think he's lazy), Daisya
31. I see! Well, do your DGM OCs get along with each other? Or do they not interact?
- Silverton and Jethese grew up together and have always been best friends since childhood. They can read each other fairly well because of this. However, when they got into their teenage years, they became romantically interested in one another. That never went well, even though they tried to patch things up multiple times. He still likes to give her surprise kisses from time to time, causing her to go tsun-tsun mode lol
- Drek tends to get into arguments with Silverton a lot, and their sparring matches almost always turn into legitimate fights. They pick on each other constantly, but somehow in the end they still manage to remain friends. They also both share a dislike for Lenalee, and they can go from arguing with each other to trash talking Lenalee as a team with just the flip of a coin.
- Riche has a strong bond with Drek, as the two have worked on her farm together as well as traveled across the country for 3 years together. Riche sometimes gets annoyed by Drek's incompetence, and Drek hates when Riche acts too motherly and restrictive. However, the two have learned how to work together in battle and always have each other's backs. Where one is weak, the other is strong.
- Jethese has an interesting relationship with the 3 girls. He loves Silverton both as a friend and a romantic interest, he spends a lot of time with Riche when the other two girls are fighting, and he constantly teases Drek because he knows she has a crush on him.
32. I lied, this is the fun part: do your OCs have any crushes or a lover? Any scandalous crushes on the enemy, perchance?
- Silverton - Fawns over Lavi, probably because he reminds her of Jethese. She also has a history with Tyki, back before she knew about innocence or the Order.
- Drek - Admires Kanda and tries really hard to get his attention, but to no avail. She gets together with Daisya to make him jealous, but of course that didn't work and instead she discovered feelings for him instead. She also has a crush on Jethese, but she'd never admit that. Never in hell.
- Riche - Is attracted to Allen, and the feeling is mutual. They both are shit at hiding it too, so their relationship blossoms a bit early. She also had a crush on a boy she'd met in the circus named Jacques, as well as another young man named Xane

- Jethese - He loves Silverton, but he makes an effort to hit on every girl he sees even if he finds no romantic interest in them. He learned not to do this the hard way
Especially when he met Lenalee and Komui, dear lord.

- Silverton - She has met Komlin, unfortunately. And she ran. Fast. Very fast.
- Drek - If she faced a giant robot trying to attack her, she'd probably kill first, and not bother asking questions later. Best to forget that even happened.
- Riche - She would try to reason with it, probably to no avail. If it didn't listen or if it hurt someone, she'd lose her temper and start scolding it like it's a bratty child. That would probably yield better results in her case, even for a giant robot.

- Jethese - He'd likely get the short end of the stick and wind up being everyone's meat shield.
34. If your OCs hadn't become exorcists, what might they have become instead?
- Silverton - She'd continue training with her Master, and probably wind up married to Jethese eventually.
- Drek - Either she'd go back home and wind up married to some nobleman, or she'd stick around as a farm hand for Riche.
- Riche - She'd look into nursing so she could take better care of her Nana and Papa, and possibly marry Jacques from the circus.
- Jethese - He'd try to make money with his musical talents or invent something unique, all the while constantly begging Silverton to take his hand in marraige and insisting that she'll eventually say yes.
35. Annnd, last question! Who of your OCs survives the Holy War, and who doesn't?
- Silverton survives
- Drek probably doesn't survive (she's a reckless lil shit)

D.Gray-Man OC Random Facts
Lately I noticed a trend of people posting facts/headcanons about their OCs, and I wanted to jump on the bandwagon a bit. However, I have 4 main DGM OCs that I wanted to do this for, and I didn't want to spam 4 journals at once or make one gigantic journal to take up space on my profile. So, I put them all in a Google Document that I can share here.

Parasytic types usually have a mark somewhere that shows thir innocence (Cross on Allen, teeth for Krory, jewel on Timothy)

One thing I love about your characters though, is that usually, you'd fid people highlightig their ocs' good points and hiding their flaws almost. But with you, you throw out all of their flaws in our faces first before noting out their good poits XD Makes them feel more like a person
